Aerification on greens

We are aerifying today and tomorrow. I have decided to use a solid 1/2 inch tine and not topdress the greens. I do not think that the greens can handle the process of topdressing. The dragging in of the sand is very stressful to the turf and i dont think the greens would fair to well with the tempertures that we are having in their current condition. I do have plans on verticutting and topdressing in about two weeks. Here are a couple of pictures.

We are seeding the bad areas on the greens. If you can avoid walking on the green sanded areas it would help out a lot. Thank you.
